Caleb Lin and his team has been working for my mother for over 10 years. It has been hard to find a management company to be able to give updates for my mother since she only speaks Chinese. However, Vantage Asset Management not only speak, but also write in Chinese! So they are able to give my mother email updates as well as direct information on updates happening in her property! They are a very honest company and always tries to find the best rates for all my property expenses.

I live overseas and do not live in the area. Most management companies that I have been with it’s hard to judge what is happening with my property. However, Vantage Asset Management is the only company that I have come across where I can see everything that is happening with my property. They always send me Video inspections of what is happening to my property whenever I ask!

Vantage Asset Management are so helpful and accommodating to me properties. I have bought properties all over Los Angeles and it was so hard to find a management company able to manage my properties from all over, until I found Vantage Asset Management. I have nothing but good things to say about the Vantage Asset Management team. They manage my property of 24 units and are always able to keep vacancies full. They help me with all my requests while maintaining professionalism. I have to mention how they are always actively trying to find ways to save money for the owner (me) while maintaining my property to a high standard. Even during this Covid-19 pandemic, they were still able to work with tenants to pay their rent every month! They made my life so much less easier and less stressful ever since they took over the property management!
