My biggest compliant and irritation is his inconsistent invoicing. I have requested monthly and timely invoicing, however, that is not occurring. Receiving an invoice for two or three months makes payment and accounting more difficult. On the plus side, Ray's response to our complaint about the shoddy cleaning job by one on his employees was immediate. He was at our home within a couple of hours to examine the work and back again that afternoon to do a proper job. The work has been good ever since but i'm still annoyed by his untimely invoicing.
