I have been working with Clyde for a couple months and am pleased with our progress. He listened to my goals and has always conducted himself in a professional, respectful manner. Within the first few minutes of our sessions, I am sweating and he keeps me moving and burning. He doesn't baby me - we both want results (low body fat and lean muscle). I have had many trainers in the past and I need one who pushes me past my limits, which is what Clyde does. He brings a positive attitude to our sessions and even the dog and the boyfriend like him. He also brings nutritional expertise and accommodates my vegan diet. I would recommend him to others who are serious about their physique and health, especially if they are looking for a trainer who has additional knowledge on nutrition and physical therapy. I am excited for future results and will post progression photos, hopefully very soon!

I am a big fan of Zainab's food. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to taste her vegan dish because there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to vegan or vegetarian food. She made some sweet carrots, smashed potatoes, imitation chicken, and pasta salad! It was so delicious and I was in awe that the chicken was not made from actual animal meat. I definitely recommend "Another Side of Soul" to anyone who wants a tasty and healthy dish!

Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work.
