Introduction: My personal work ethic makes me go above and beyond the typical call of duty for each of my clients to improve their health and reach their goals. In addition, my education and training makes me particularly qualified to bring a level of scrutiny to my clients’ programs to absolutely ensure they are receiving the best care from me, their healthcare provider, and yes, themselves. As an Integrative Health Coach, I am versed in over 100 dietary theories. This means that I don’t have a few go-tos, but a well of information to pull from, which means I can carefully and thoroughly explore my client’s history, goals, and follow as many paths as we need to until we find what diet and exercise combination really works for that person’s individual body chemistry. There is no one size fits all, and I am deeply committed to ensuring my clients’ best possible quality of life. Nutrition and Fitness is the vehicle I use to help my clients achieve an incredible quality of life, and there is just nothing better than seeing the people I diligently work with thrive under my coaching and training. My work creates real, lasting results because I understand that health and wellness must be approached as a whole, and I’m not afraid to go wherever we need to in order for you to find your happiest self. Every time my client learns and grows, I learn and grow. This is true in my coaching, and this is true in my teaching.
