- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
standard: will negotiate: first phone call 0, first meet-1hour-$135 cash; usually then do 2-3 phone sessions (1/2 to 3/4 hour)--$100 each; then next face-to-face 1 hour-$135. Plan from that point on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First phone call free....are we right for each other. Agree to fee and process, times, in-person first meet....decide how to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
