- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free. Senior citizens discount. Military discounts. All churches get a 10 percent discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out personally , and walk over the job with the customer and make sure that we are both on the same page when it comes to the scope of work before any pricing is discussed. I am always on every one of jobs during the time that the work is being done, this will help to assure my customers will have complete confidence that they are getting the job that they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised in the business, asphalt and concrete has been apart of my life , ever since I can remember.
