I did not end up doing board and train with Tony, my dog had an ear infection. He was fresh out of shelter, untrained 1.5yr old Husky/German Shepherd. It took 2 officers and a handler just to get Jasper in my truck. I was in a desperate, immediate state of HELP!!! Tony offered to pick up Jasper ASAP...during treatment and hiring a local trainer (I am a good hour away) for private session, we kept getting through another day. I then had guilt of releasing Jasper to Board and train just being out of a shelter, seeing him trying so hard...but it was getting impossible, and had company in town for my son's 21st birthday, home from College. I boarded Jasper at Pet Hotel for 5 days so we could all break, reset, and go about festivities...have a real shower! Lol...Jasper had major separation Anxiety. During his stay, I found a facility closer, and I can do one on one training every 5 days to help Jasper and I stay bonded, implement my tools. If I had a dog I was already bonded with, not right out of shelter, and a medical issue, I would have used Tony. I wanted to share that throughout all my pauses, Tony always stayed connected in responding, was very patient and understanding! He was very professional with a Docusign contract prior to beginning. My gut says he's an excellent trainer and GOOD HUMAN...THANK YOU TONY, GOD BLESS, DOG BLESS!🙏❤🐾

My dog came back with much improved basic life skills. He now walks without strangling on his leash and has not had any accidents inside the house since he came back from his 4 weeks board and train with Tony. Appreciate Tony for his dedication on training our furry friends.

This review should have been submitted a lot sooner, but we have just been in awe and quite frankly speechless with a mixture of a failed attempt to be concise to share with Tony and you all how grateful we are for his help with our precious Akita, Teddy. We can’t explain enough-but will try-how highly we recommend Tony! We were at a desperate time in our lives and were afraid we weren’t going to figure out the proper solution. We researched here and there for a professional that we also felt confident to train and love our fur baby that had aggressive tendencies. Right away Tony responded to our families plea on thumbtack app and said he’d be happy to train Teddy. Tony was always so quick to respond and put to ease any concerns we had beginning and throughout the process. Tony picked up Teddy within a month of contact and he began sending several videos of Ted’s training every. single. day….for four weeks! Along with board and care at his residence. Tony even worked with Ted on Saturday, with the exception of Sunday. By the end of the first week our jaws dropped as we watched our sometimes scary protective fur baby relaxing and obedient with a group of other dogs. This was in addition to Tony’s daughter and Tony doing various activities to condition the dogs and ease any of the dogs’ anxieties of stimulation in the room. We can go on and on about how it seemed like every day our jaws were dropping at Tony’s progress with Teddy. We are now working with Teddy on our own and continuing his learning. Teddy is a 4 year old male American Akita (possibly mixed) and still intact. Tony suggested we neuter Teddy to help even more with behavior. We are planning on doing that asap. Thank you so very much, Tony! For your trust, dedication and patience. We are so grateful to have found a compassionate and passionate person like you to help us. 🙏

We adopted a 1 year old puppy in March. Lexi was sweet as can be during our meet and greet. About a week after being with us she started to show aggressive tendencies towards us a little but big time with family and friends who entered our home. We weren’t able to get really close with her because she would show us her teeth. And forget about a bath! We weren’t able to bath her for months. We had several behavioral trainers come to meet her and one even told us our sweet 30 LB. Dog was a dangerous dog and we should give her back. Then we met Tony. Within seconds he took control of the situation and Lexi was being submissive rather than aggressive. Tony told us that Lexi is not aggressive, she’s scared. He assured us that he would be able to work with her to desensitize her and make her less nervous. It’s been a month since Lexi’s been home from her 4 week board and train with Tony. She is definitely a different dog. The fact that we can get close to her and cuddle with her and bathe her is amazing. Thank you Tony!
