Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I focused my company on high levels of customer service. If the first and last thing is communication then the rest falls into place. Problem solving. This industry is constantly in flux and one needs to stay on their toes to succeed. More often property management is taken too lightly and when that happen big mistakes are made.

Cliff and his team are great! Very responsive, quick to action, proactive and honest. The team not only helped with marketing our property for rent, but also provided cost effective repairs and updates on the property and offered helpful suggestions and advice regarding our ultimate goal of renting our property. I would recommend them.

Quit less than a week after being hired. I hired someone else, and they have been on the job for more than a three weeks.
SoCo Property Management Inc.'s reply
I never finalized our contract for property management. I noted several issues with the home before it could be rented and brought it to the owners attention. The owner wanted to sue the previous owner and the agents that sold him the home to get them to make the repairs. The owner asked my advice and I told him that if he pursued the direction of suing everybody I could not follow him. He was determined to seek legal recourse. I again advised him to seek arbitration to get these issues resolved and again told him if he was determined to sue people I could not be a part of it as I was not present at time of purchase. When he still wanted to pursue a lawsuit I politely told him that this his business strategies did not coincide with mine and I would regretfully have to decline to offer to manage his asset. He was not happy that I was not in his corner anymore so he lashed out at me in several emails. This is the first time I choose to respond since I ended our business relationship. I wish him well but I do not believe in lawsuits as the answer to everything. There are several ways to solve problems that don't involve layers, one of the best is through arbitration and mediation. In a lawsuit the only real winners are the lawyers.
