There seems to be two kind of plumbers. Those who want to sell you as much as they can. And those who want to solve as much as they can. Joe is firmly in the latter camp. He's the most persistent plumber I've ever had the pleasure to hire. He simply won't quit until he's fixed whatever he's out to do. Yet, not one minute longer. Whether it's a clogged drain, or a leaky pipe, he will stick with it until it works. His rate is a fair $95/hr.
