Introduction: I'm a dedicated Personal Trainer with over 14 years of experience.. Don't hesitate to inquire if you want someone reliable,dependable and willing to help you meet your goals. I have been a certified Personal trainer and Massage therapist graduate from NHI since 2004. Wellness is balance. I correct imbalance in the body through a combination of massage therapy and personal training, using exercise to turn those imbalances into strengths. I help clients to master proper body mechanics and breathing. Particular, my work stands out among others because I use the VAK method: V= Visual (You can see the example/technique) A= Auditory (You can hear what to do, constant instructions, and motivation during the exercise) K= Kinesthetic (though professional and proper "touch", showing you what to do) I love my job because I get a chance to inspire, motivate, uplift, push, and encourage my clients to meet their personal goals. There's no greater reward but to see the smiles on my client's faces from the end results.

If you are looking for someone to take the level of your fitness to another level - then call Xavier! He is an EXCELLENT trainer and will work with you at your current level of fitness. The results that you see will be absolutely amazing. I am a very busy executive, but I have committed to three times a week sessions and have no regrets for doing so!!! Xavier is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable fitness professional. In closing, set a fitness goal for yourself and partner with Xavier to help you achieve it! I guarantee that he is more than capable to ensure that you reach your fitness goals and objectives. Wishing you success---knowing firsthand that it won't be easy there will be times when you will hate him, because he has pushed you to physical limits that you didn't know existed within you. :-) But I assure you that it will be well worth the experience.

Xavier is an amazing personal trainer and massage therapist. I have been working out with him 3 times a week for several months and he has helped me transform my body. I'm much more fit with greater strength, vastly improved flexibility and improved posture. Xavier has a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, so he can identify specific weaknesses and imbalances in your body and structure a training program to fix them. He is a stickler for form and will make sure you are performing exercises properly. This is critical for proper results and also very important to avoid injuries. The best part about Xavier is his infectiously positive attitude and flexible approach. He is always positive and upbeat and knows how to modify workouts if you are having an off day. And he can work with all ages. He trained my parents (72 and 74) when they were in town and created an age appropriate workout for them. And they loved it! I recommend Xavier for anyone looking for a personal trainer or massage therapist!

Xavier is an amazing trainer. He has incredible knowledge of the body and how to make it strong. I've been training with him for 6 months and all my friends get to hear about how great he is on my training days. Even more important than being a great physical trainer is his attitude. Xavier gives amazing pep talks, is incredibly positive and really retrains your mind to be patient and not get discouraged along the fitness journey, something I've always struggled with. He has so many positive slogans that now live in my head: "no quit, miss ann", "be like an oak tree", "you got this", "you are strong", "trust in the process", etc. He pushes me and encourages me every Tuesday and Thursday morning and I really look forward to our sessions. I went to Xavier feeling that despite all my efforts I never could gain any muscle. But thanks to him I've gotten so much stronger and I now have the "Tina Turner" arms he promised me in the beginning! I've also cut 2 minutes off my 1 mile time. It's the first time in my life I've made such steady progress. I think it comes down to two things: 1) he knows his stuff, and 2) I look forward to our workouts and so I've been super consistent. If he has an opening, you should definitely get on the schedule! Thanks for everything Xavier!
