- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is a case by case system. The Printing equipment varies a lot from one unit to another, from their maintenance needs to the supplies and parts needed to accomplish the job. Also, the job depends on the specialty needed for the service. However, most of my calls cost about USD 75.00 per call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer, their printing needs, and aspirations, and focus on providing them with the service that they request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple certifications in the Industry, such as Ricoh, Kyocera Mita, Sharp, Mimaki, Epson and Duplo USA Corporation, and more that 30 years of experience in the field.
