FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read editorials from www.DigitalPhotographySchool.com. I shoot, shoot, shoot. I'm learning my settings so that they just come natural.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's always been a passion an interest. I love taking pictures of my family, landscapes and of my garden. Honestly I've gone through some life changing events. I put my focus an energy into the important things in life, like my family, life is about "the big picture" not all the little stuff that gets in the way. I realized for too long that I was stuck in "auto". I shoot "raw" images now, I'm self educating myself to improve my technique. I'm constantly taking pictures, thinking about photography, and enjoy everything associated with it. I can get stuck in stuck in "work flow" for hours when it comes to pictures. I truly love photography, it is a creative way to express myself. I love capturing beauty, special bonds and moments and taking pictures for friends and family. I'm looking to expand and turn my passion into something more than just a hobby. I'm a photographer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've taken family and children portraits mainly. Since I'm building a portfolio, I ask my friends to take their pictures. Now friends are asking me to take their picture because they like what they see me doing so far, and would love me to take their family portraits next.
