If I could give Ricardo more than five stars, I would! I experienced a power outage and my Brother printer was no longer working. I contacted Ricardo through Thumbtack, and he responded to my email inquiry literally within minutes, and made a house call later that same day, less than two hours later! Ricardo was able to diagnose, repair and maintain the printer right in my own home and now everything is good as new! I work from home and depend upon my printer/scanner/copier daily, so having it fixed quickly and avoiding having to go through the hassle, time and expense of purchasing and setting up a replacement was truly a godsend. Ricardo is highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and responsible. His prices also are very reasonable, particularly given the value of the service provided and that he comes to you. An added plus is that he can provide replacement toner, drums and other parts as well. Ricardo exceeded my expectations in every respect. Honestly, I didn't even know professionals like him existed in this world any longer! I cannot recommend him highly enough and am extremely grateful.

Ricardo R. Is very kind, personable, knowledgeable maintenance professional, that is punctual and a very good Value! Upon requesting service online, Ricardo called me back within about 5 minutes and I described the issues that we were having with the printer HP 7740 Office printer that prints 8.5” x 11” and 11” x 17”, a workhorse of a printer; as one of the print cartridges magenta self-ejected, within the printer, and leaked the ink all throughout the printer. Ricardo replied with pretty much the scope of the issue and repair that may be required. We cleaned up some of the ink and replaced the cartridges that were contaminated. We set up the appointment for Saturday morning at 10:00 am, and Ricardo follow-up with a call the day before confirming the date & time and address of the appointment. Morning of the appointment Ricardo called and confirmed the time he would arrive 10:00 am. he arrived at 10:00 am. Excellent! Ricardo looked over the HP printer, and removed the print cartridges and printhead, and cleaned the entire inside of the printer cartridge and printhead assembly and the inside of the printer, he also cleaned and lubricated the printer and paper path pinch rollers. Ran some test and alignment print test pages, and all looked great! If we need any servicing or annual maintenance on our printers, copiers, we certainly have a valued and knowledgeable maintenance professional, we can call and that is Ricardo Ramirez!
