Stephen incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental (which I need most) and physical limits to get most out of the training without screaming at me. He is fully focussed on you while training and whenevwer time permits he quickly jots down my progress and motivates me with all the Instagram recordings :) he is either working out with me to demonstrate or couting my reps or recording the video for my reference. there is decent progress within a month and i am hopeful that I will achieve my target soon with help and motivation from him. I strongly recommend him to anyone for best body and mind :)

I've never seen a studio or gym this nice and well kept. It has top notch amenities(shower, towels, air conditioning in SF!) and staff. I've been training here for some time (3 months) and have seen great results, especially my balance.. Evan works with a great staff and Scott (my trainer) has designed a very effective workout program to address my right side\leg which is weaker than the left from breaking my femur. Great experience, would definitely reccomend for personal training!!!
I have had a wonderful experience training with Anthony at God's Gym! He tailors each work out to my abilities, challenges me to incrementally work harder to build strength, but does not push me beyond my abilities or risk injury. Work outs are challenging, get my heart pumping and leave me with the "good" muscle soreness for a few days. There is minimal downtime in the 30 minute sessions, thus there is no wasted time. This contrasts to my experience during training sessions at other gyms. I feel that these sessions are consistently higher yield compared to my other gym experiences. Anthony, himself, is awesome. He is kind, patient, has a great sense of humor. He is VERY encouraging. He provides nutritional guidance specific for your goals. My schedule can be quite variable, and he has consistently accommodated this so that I could make as many training sessions as possible. The entire team at God's gym is very welcoming and supportive. A great environment, and an amazing community that I am now happy to participate in! Also, I would recommend that those considering this gym should not be "turned off" by the name if they are not religious, people of faith, Christian, etc. This is a comfortable and welcoming place for ALL people to train. :)
Fast response. We got the workout plans set up within a couple days. Gerard is awesome, and he designs personal workout plans for you that best fit your training goal. He also has this fitness app that tracks your nutrition, workout and weight, which i think is very motivating and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!
John is an amazing trainer. He is professional, always on time, and perpetually energetic. Even on days where I felt worn down, he managed to get me energized. He also understood what I wanted to achieve and was very focused on my goals. By far the best trainer that I have had the opportunity to train with! I had to take a break from training due to some life events, but I will definitely train with him again as soon as I can!

Xavier is one of the most hardworking and dedicated trainers I know. I needed help with my Army Physical Fitness Test training, particularly with my two-mile because I had a huge mental block and never broke that barrier or dropped my time no matter what I did. I found out that Xavier had done extensive research prior, and there were many days we went over one hour but he did not charge extra. He is someone I would describe as not after your money but truly cares about helping you reach your goals, no matter the cost and extra burden on him. The special thing about Xavier is really what you are getting in his packages-- it's not just physical training, but a package that addresses all three things: physical, emotional, and mental. With my mental block, he took me to speak to his wife, who was professionally certified. All at no extra cost to me-- it was all on his dime. Why? Because like I said, he cares about the person and his/her goal rather than just making money. When I was injured or on the brink of getting injured, he was able to help me with physical therapy as well (he's a massage therapist) so I didn't even have to go to a doctor for that. (He really knows what he's doing with physical therapy and massage; I actually feel that it's his specialty). It obviously worked because I was somehow able to avoid all those close calls, recover from a strained shoulder and strained hip, and prevent further injury ALL while intensely training at the same time nonstop for the twenty days I had left. We definitely went over just one hour everyday but Xavier never said anything. I know what I was able to achieve earlier, and I had reached my wits' end with making any improvement. Today, saying I reached my goal is an understatement. I completely smashed my goal and broke a mental and physical barrier forever along the way-- by almost 2 minutes. Something I couldn't break by even a minute for NINETEEN years by myself. But only twenty days with Xavier and suddenly I broke it by not just one but TWO minutes in an already short two-mile run? AND somehow got over my greatest fear at the same time? That's what I call a miracle. Got above and beyond for everything else. At times I know I gave Xavier a hard time because sometimes I wouldn't listen to him or argued with him about what was right. But it doesn't matter who was right or wrong at that time because all that matters to me is the end result-- and I succeeded. Thank you Xavier!
I would hands down recommend Dima Rumanov to anyone who is looking for the ultimate body and mind transformation. He is patient, dedicated, hardworking, always so positive and understands that the struggle is real. I first went to Dima to get a "lean toned body." He helped me set up a fitness schedule, homework, and a meal plan to help me reach my desired goal. Over the course of a year, training with Dima 2x a week, my goals changed and Dima was always accommodating and altered my program based on my goals I was trying to achieve. I lost a total of 15lbs and then decided I wanted to get stronger and he changed my program changed again to include more weights. Initially I was hesitant to start heavy weights in fear of getting "bulky" or "beefy." Dima is an expert trainer and now I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been and you can see the results of my transformation in the image below. I am thrilled with both my physical and mental transformation and if you follow Dima's program (which includes a mostly health diet with cheat days) you will get the results you desire. He is A+!
I’m in my third month of training with Oga, and I can honesty say that it’s been a great pleasure. From the beginning, Oga has been nothing but flexible about the small details- time, location, length of workout. With my crazy work/life schedule, he made working out with him so easy and effortless! Training with Oga has also been really fun. I love that he changes up the routine, makes it interactive, and knows my limits so he can challenge me until I'm literally sweating beads. Since training with Oga, he’s helped me change my whole workout routine and diet plan to finally see results! I am excited to see what the next three months of training with him will bring. In my first 6am training session with Oga, he made it a point to say that I wouldn’t need coffee after his routine… and he was absolutely right, I haven’t needed it since!
James was professional and effective. He came prepared with weights, a training bar, a platform, ropes and other equipment. He was easy to communicate with and I appreciated that he checked in with me about my training goals prior to our first session. Our training was both fun and challenging. I look forward to working with him on an on-going basis!
It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. I would definitely recommend training with him.
I first started training with Sean 8 years ago. My intention was to get into shape but Seans training is beyond physical. He challenged me with his workouts & he made every workout exciting. He loves what he does, loves to create workouts that people will benefit from & he's a great guy! What's more to ask for in a trainer! The west coast got a gift of a guy :))
Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.
Harold is a GREAT TRAINER! I would strongly recommend him as a personal trainer. Although I have only been coming to him for month. I am confident in his ability to help me reach my personal goals. What can I say about Herman besides that he's awesome. I started training with him after a knee injury playing soccer. He's helped me rebalance, strengthen and add explosiveness back to my knee to the point where I feel way stronger than before the injury! He keeps the sessions fun, challenging, and has great knowledge. It's been a year now and I always look forward to what new challenges he has set up for me.

Briana has been an incredible coach! She trained me for my 2nd 70.3 Ironman last May over a 5month period and I PR'd by 51minutes!!! She's attentive to my specific needs during training and was able to taylor my workouts to fit my busy schedule and an unexpected bought of shin splints. I couldn't have done so well without her guidance and insight. We live over an hour apart so my workouts were sent to me via a training app since she couldn't be physically with my during most of my training, however she always made me feel like she was right there training with me with her checks via text or training peeks. She always has words of encouragement on the tough days and kudos for the days I killed my workouts. She's an incredible coach which is why I've now enlisted her help to train me for my next full marathon. I highly recommend Coach Bri to anyone looking to take their upcoming fitness event to the next level.
David has done a wonderful job with my mom. He helped her gain strength and mobility. She became ill and wasn't able to work with David for a while and he still continued to check in on my mom and how she was progressing. My mom has been able to restart her training with David and I am so excited that my mom will continue to get stronger with David's help.
My trainer gave me the best possible experience personal training could ever offer . Time after time he continued to impress me with his exercises that he helped walk me through. i value the extra time and effort he put into focusing my workouts and helping me as I asked questions and helped me get it right . His personality and inspiring attitude is what something I will never forget . Finally, I loved how he listened to me as I explained what was in my mind , from worries and doubts to questions , and he always took the time to answer them to help me get better.
