- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is defined on our menu, and we are willing to work with clients that are working to manage a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to speak directly with our clients in order to get an exact understanding of their needs. Often times, we will visit the site and meet with the client and walk through every detail. We also work directly with a party rental company so we have a working knowledge of event specific rentals that should be considered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have over 30 years of experience. My chef has over 25 years of experience and has worked with some of the most reputable restaurants and caterers in Southern California.
