- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That is the beauty of Progressive Property Management, we keep it simple. You pay a monthly percentage of the collected rent (this percentage can be calculated at our website and is based on the type of property and the amount of rent to be collected) and a one time tenant acquisition fee of 25% of the first month's rent which we use to find the best tenant, and that is it. No other hidden fees or add ons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am on the board of the local Realtor association (Pacific West Association of Realtors) and served as President in 2012. I am a Director with the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I stay abreast of the industry constantly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have built and owned investment properties from my first year in the business. For the first few years I had others manage my properties and we disappointed in the customer service and care for my properties. During the great recession, I decided to get more active in property management, and in just a few years we have grown to 6 branches and cover a good part of Southern California.
