NUTRITION CONSULTATION: 1 Hr customized nutrition session - $85 Nutrition consultations are upbeat and motivational. A holistic approach is used to incorporate healthy eating patterns into your lifestyle. Consultations include customized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to empower you to set reachable goals. We teach you how to make educated choices about food, putting YOU in charge of your health and well-being. 8 WEEK WEIGHT REBOOT: $350 Reboot your health and increase your vitality! This 8 week program will help you gain control over your eating, cravings and health - and is customized to meet your specific needs/goals. The plan includes an initial one hour consultation where your eating habits and body composition will be assessed and your needs addressed. We will meet once a week for approximately 30 minutes for weigh-in, food journal review and goal evaluation. This program includes unlimited phone and email contact. 1 WEEK GUIDED CLEANSE - $65 A cleanse is an opportunity to rest/heal our overloaded digestive organs and allow them to get caught up on past work and release toxins. I will customize a cleanse for you and offer guidance along the way. Unlimited phone and email support during the cleanse.
