Jose is hardworking, honest, and does great work at a fraction of the cost of his competitors. We chose Jose primarily because we felt like we can trust him when he came to our home to give a quote. It made us feel comfortable that the person giving the quote is the same person doing the work. We're really glad we hired Jose - he was communicative and responsive throughout the whole project. Jose wasn't able to remove our toilet, so he instead cut tiles to fit the curve of the base of the toilet - very impressive handy work! Jose takes pride in his work and it shows in the results. Jose always showed up on time and even finished the project early. He charged exactly what he quoted and there were no surprises. We would absolutely hire him again for our flooring needs. FYI he does all flooring, not just tiles!

I was in a very odd situation, and had to get the backsplash and floor completed while I was out of town. Santos tile worked with me by phone, went in and did an excellent job, and communicated throughout. It was all much easier than it could’ve been.

Santos replaced my carpet and bathroom tiles with wood laminate and tile. He was very professional and did a great job installing everything. The job took 3 days to complete 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall I am very happy with his work. I would recommend Santos for your next flooring job.

I want to recognize the exceptional quality of work that Wesley provided for my flooring project. Santos Tile replied right away and within an hour, Wesley arrived on the project. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to start the work immediately. He was proactive at getting started and throughout, asking the right questions and providing options along the way. Communication was very easy via text(I have kids, so that's important!). I am amazed at how our delicate cork flooring turned out, it's so beautiful! There were some tricky cuts and they were done so professionally. I am very choosy about placement, design and meticulous about details and I am very satisfied with the results. The hard work and precision that went into the project really shows. And, it was completed quicker than expected--but still done carefully. Wesley was kind and easy to work with, knowledgeable and had a masterful level of workmanship-craftsmanship. It's refreshing to know that you can still find people who are competent, enjoy what they do with a good work ethic and polite customer service. Ask for Wesley! Highly recommended.
