Desiree choreographed my first wedding dance. I showed up as a man without any rhythm or even the slightest interest in dancing. I thought the entire process would be one of the worst experiences of my life. Desiree not only had me enjoying dance on day 1, but I've been taking dance lessons for the last 7 months as a result of her inspiration. She managed to teach me two choreographed dances (Tango and Rhumba) in only a handful of lessons. Desiree is an excellent teacher, clearly explains and demonstrates moves, stays positive at all times, and keeps you motivated as a student. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Our guests were shocked and blown away by the choreography, and that was with someone with no prior dance experience. You will not be disappointed!

"First Dance" lessons with choreography assistance less than 2 weeks out from our wedding. We started out with 2 and extended it to 3 lessons. Joseph was really helpful instructing the two of us that have no background in dancing. In 1 hour we had the basis for a first dance at our wedding. In 2 hours he got us better at that and added flourishes. In 3 hours he worked on the entire production. He knows what he's doing and has fun doing it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about both Yaelisa and Jason and my experience with Caminos Flamencos. I have been taking flamenco guitar lessons with Jason for a bit over a year now. He is a master musician and his command of rhythm, technique, theory and harmony are second to none. Seriously, YouTube him and see for yourself! And just as important, he is a fantastic teacher. He really knows how to help you grow as a musician and reach your potential, and he cares about his students, so he's actually pushing you for your own good. Every session is a blast, always inspiring and I always come back improved from last time. I have also been accompanying some of Yaelisa's beginner / intermediate classes as a guitarist. The same values mentioned above for Jason apply to her as well (birds of a feather flock together!). She has amazing compás, and provides an incredibly solid foundation for her students, and for me, as a guitarist. She really cares about her students and it's been great to see students progress each week. I know my rhythm and ability to accompany has improved leaps and bounds thanks to her. I am getting an incredible foundation. Whether you're looking to begin your flamenco journey or take it to the next level, Yaelisa and Jason are your ticket!

Jessica is super encouraging, understanding, and enthusiastic about what she does. I have always wanted to learn how to dance; however, my biggest barrier is my fear to just let loose. Jessica is super patient with me. She teaches me new moves and provides the space to try them out. I'm still in the process of getting over my fear but with each lesson, I feel myself feeling a little more confident than the lesson before. Jessica definitely does a good job of pushing me to get better without making me feel uncomfortable.

Caterina is an outstanding personal trainer. She adapts each training session to my capabilities and goals. She is very encouraging and motivating, which pushes me to surpass my expectations. She incorporates her dance experience to make the workouts fun and challenging. She has adapted exercises to improve my balance and stability. She is a delightful trainer to work with. I look forward to each training session.

I took voice and piano lessons with Joann. She was very encouraging. She believed in me and pushed me just enough to achieve my goals. Super thankful I got to work with her.

Larry is a patient and knowledgeable dance instructor. We were looking for private lessons in Argentine Tango and Larry was just the instructor for us. The facilities were really nice with lots of space and mirrors. We highly recommend LBJ Dance and will continue classes with Larry.

Taylor was an AMAZING dance instructor! We used her for our 1st dance for our wedding and could not have had a better experience. Taylor is an unbelievably skilled and patient instructor. We were complete beginners, yet with Taylor's expertise, ended up with a fantastic dance routine.
