Andrews Business Service was very professional, knowledge, and efficient. Within the short time of hiring them they balanced and brought my books up to date. He is an excellent trainer/instructor and our students benefit from his HR expertise. JD is always well prepared to present a large body of information in a format which can be easily understood. I rarely write online reviews. However, my experience with Allen preparing my tax returns has been so positive that I want to make sure everyone knows. My interaction with Allen has been exemplary. Allen has prepared tax returns for our family for many years with complete satisfaction. He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate in explaining tax complexities and nuances that can be difficult to understand. More importantly, he takes the time to understand our situation every year and genuinely respects our concerns. I really wanted to thank you guys and let you know how much I appreciate all of your help. I had received a notice from the IRS which stated that I owed the government more than $25,000 in back taxes. This was quite shocking and I knew it must be a mistake because most of my taxes get deducted by the employer and I don’t make more than $50,000 per year. You guys really came through in the way you handled the IRS and helped keep them off my back. In the end I had to pay a little over $2,000 for perks and benefits received from employer but the taxes were no way near as high as the IRS made them out to be. 5 star auditing service.
