When we bought our new house in Dublin Ranch , we were looking for an Interior Designer who could understand our requirements and execute it to the perfection. I am glad we met Rati , she is very professional, patient, diligent and passionate designer. The one thing that we really liked about her was that she always took time to listen to us, understand our design style and provide multiple options in her Designs. She walked us step by step through the Design process, seeking inputs and providing prompt feedback. She has a great sense of color palette, textures and layout. She took the time to take us to SF Design Center and different Furnishing showrooms for us to visualize some of those pieces and then presenting the final design on Mood Board . She always kept our budget in mind and made recommendations accordingly. She was very prompt in replying to our emails. It was a pleasure knowing her personally. We have got so many compliments from our friends and family who visited us. They all have great things to say about her work. We love our new space. Sometimes, chance encounters turn into the best decisions one has ever taken in their lives. And I count meeting Rati as one of them! We had just bought a new home, and were looking to hire an interior designer. We were first-time home buyers, with a very limited idea of what interior design involves. Rati has a very clear thought process, and she is very good at understanding what you want - sometimes, you yourself might not know what you really want, but she can gauge it! We were very clear that we wanted a modern theme for our home, with a lot of greys and whites. She explained all of the routes we could take, and was very patient whenever we showered her with our unending list of questions. We also had significant remodeling done in our home, and she took care of everything. It was not a smooth process - as remodeling projects seldom are - but she was always there to support us along the way. Rati is very competent at what she does. She always has her eye on the big picture, and is adept at visualizing how different components of your home will finally look together. There were a lot of suggestions which she made that we were initially sceptical about, but eventually, we were more than happy with the end result. She has a great eye for detail, and always finds unique accessories for your space - something we really came to appreciate. Rati was involved in every step of the interior designing process - right from conceptualization, to picking a color scheme, designing the bathrooms and the kitchen, selecting furniture, right down to picking the right accessories for our home. And she delivered on every front. We have received so many compliments from everyone who has visited our place! A final word about pricing - her rates are competitive, and very reasonable. Also, she keeps your budget in mind while designing the overall space for your home. If you're thinking about interior decoration, you will not find anyone more talented, hard working, and honest! I absolutely recommend her - do not hesitate in hiring her - you'll be glad you did! Thank you so much Rati for making our house a beautiful home that really represents us!

We decided to hire an interior designer as we love a beautiful space, but were confused on where to get started. From the very beginning, Rati was able to understand our taste and requirements and started proposing the changes. The scope was big, as we decided to do entryway, kitchen, dining, powder room, living, loft and master bedroom. During our design review meetings (which ran 3 hours), she was well prepared with her design boards and presented us all the options, her preferences and cost details. Coming out of each meeting, we knew significant progress was made. She presented new ideas and designs that we would not have chosen or thought of ourselves. Rati was very responsive during the entire process - either through emails, texts, phone calls. She has completely transformed our place. We needed more seating in our living area, and she was able to create that without making the area overly crowded. Our loft got transformed into a fully functional area for informal family seating. All you need is getting your contractors and have them implement the design/decor that Rati suggests. As the project progressed, I wish she had brought up budget constraints in consideration. Final installation was hard to do on video calls, and we wished she was present. Given how she has transformed our place, we would still recommend Rati. She has impeccable taste and aesthetic sense. Anyone who comes to our abode cannot stop appreciating it.

We hired Rati from DekoRati Interiors to help us with our new home in Dublin, CA. We took her help to checkout some of the latest trends and navigate the mind boggling options that are available in the market for setting up our furniture, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, color selection for interior, custom window treatments, counter tops, back splash etc for our living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room, entry area etc. Throughout this process she was very attentive, always available for discussing our needs and came back with various options available in the market and showed through pictures, design boards & 3D demos how the selected options would come together for that specific part of the house. She patiently showed us samples, pictures and videos, listened to our questions and concerns, and helped us to make a final decision and ensured we were satisfied by our decision. She has an excellent eye for colors, latest trends & designs, coordination across various elements in the house. We highly recommend her interior design service. Thanks Rati for all your help. Supremely talented! Of all the things you look for in a designer what you want most is creative talent and beyond all of Rati’s great qualities this is what stands out most. I worked with Rati and her DekoRati Interiors team for a Full Remodel of my home, including color consultation, flooring, lighting and furnishing selection. Rati was able to completely transform my home bringing together modern architectural elements and weaving together unbelievably amazing uses of wood, metal and tile. She is fully committed to her projects and leads you through the design process making you a part of the final product. Her team is very responsive, manages all aspects of the final effort. They are extremely knowledgeable about both local and international suppliers. The combination of flooring, furnishings and art they are able to bring together results in a magazine worthy home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. We do hourly consult for small projects like accessorizing, art selection, material selection or finish selection for Remodels. 2. For Turnley projects like Full Bath and Kitchen Remodel or Full Home Remodel it is divided as Creative Design fees ( for finish selection, layouts, drawings, etc) and Project Management Fees to see through the execution part of the Design documents. 3. For the Furnishing project, it is mostly divided By Rooms and their square footage and how many pieces will go in it. They are room packages but if doing more than 4 space in a home there is a special pricing level.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Phone Consult to understand the project scope and requirements. 2. Meeting the Client for Initial Consultation at Jobsite to make a visual note of space and Design direction. 3. Submitting the LOA and Proposal for the Design job to hire us to do the project. 4. After signing the contract the Collaboration meeting to SFDC or in-person to understand their Design style, likes and dislikes. 5. After 3-4 weeks submitting the Preliminary Design plan along with the budget overview and initial mood board. 6. Once confirmed we will create Invoice and get the payment and a Signed copy of it to process the orders. 7. Placing orders to our Vendors, and letting the Clients know of the timeline when to expect the delivery. 8. Project Installation and fixing any issues that came.
