"Best massage !! Nathaniel listened to my issues and focused on my problem areas. I walked in with horrible lower back and shoulder pain and walked out a new person!"

"I have several issues going on. She is very knowledgeable and indicated most and worked on them. For a first visit. I was very impressed . I'm older and have been going for deep tissue massage for over 27 years. Somewhat faithfully. When I have therapists available in my locations ( I travel a lot ) ... most do very well trying to help me that I have gone to. Back to the question. Very impressed, satisfied with the first treatment and will and have rescheduled for next week...... I will be a ( temporary ) permanent client as long as I'm in Charlotte "

"Lisa provided me with expert skill. She was professional, polite, punctual, and her hands were magic with the added surprise of cold stones and light skin scrubbing. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a high quality professional massage."

"Such a warm, knowledgable therapist. Easy location. Great experience. Told her about my neck and back and she paid just enough extra attention while applying just the right pressure. I get the impression she could go much harder if I needed/asked, but what she chose was perfect. She checked in just enough to make me feel attended to, but not distracted from a great massage. Highly recommend."

"I live in LA but I still keep in constant communication with the Intentio staff who, even from a distance of 500 miles, are the best at advising me on how best to achieve my fitness & nutritional goals. It's so rare to find a group of people so single-mindedly focused on actual health rather than the aesthetic benefits of looking good, which seems to be the prevailing raison d'être of trainers here in SoCal. I can't recommend Anna or her team highly enough! It's worth every penny. "

"Today I did a hard 6 mile run with a group of ladies that were a lot faster than me so I had to run my A game the whole way. One of the ladies looked like Michelle Obama. Thus, I needed a 90 minute massage with Jane. It was awesome! First she started with the feet, calfs, hamstrings, butt, lower back with the traditional Thai "step on you while holding on to the ceiling ropes" method. Then she did a sports massage using thumbs, elbows and forearms focusing on my IT band, carpal tunnel area, and quads/ TFL (tensor fasciae latar). I feel really smart when I use big Latin words. She finished with traditional Thai "crazy" stretches. She is a massage teacher at National Massage school in San Francisco and taught me me how to do a self massage to keep the work she did today healthy... just in case I run with Michelle again."
