Introduction: I am a 200-hour certified Embodyoga instructor. I have an additional 30-hour certification in anatomy and philosophy which focuses on chakra work within the glandular system.
I am currently enrolled in the 500 YTT through the Embodyoga program. I teach private sessions locally.
