- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for a party of 5 more people. Travel fee is required if your location is over 30 miles from Victorville, Ca. Travel fee is based on your location. ($1/mile) (No travel fee for the high desert)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request, I will let the customer know if I'm available on the requested date & time. I will need to know the most important details (if they weren't provided yet); event type, location, time you have to be ready by & the size of the party. I will then give you my exact rate depending on location & add-ons. Once you decide to book, I will send you an invoice through email where you will make a deposit that will go towards your service. (Deposits are accepted through Paypal, Venmo & Cash App.) Once the deposit is made, you will be fully booked & your appt will be confirmed via text message or email.
