Richard was a real stand up guy. He originally was there to help me move out. So he was loading my belongings into a truck then my stuff was unloaded at storage. While Rico was there he noticed that I had a faucet that was leaking he told me he was a plumber by trade he fixed the faucet and the landlord was also happy bcuz she didn't have hassle around in finding another plumber.

Richard was hardworking plumber who gets the job done fast! He fixed a fixture problem in the bathroom and kitchen, replaced the mix it cartridge in another bathroom and a valve in the wall behind the refrigerator, and replaced a patch of wet drywall. He did all of this quickly and efficiently. He was very fair in his price,too!
