Before Mr. Know It All came to our house, we called and got information on what the company was all about. The owner was very knowledgable in his equipment and products. The carpet tech came on time to the job, made sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied before he left, and even helped us move our furniture to help clean the parts we needed stains removed. Our carpets never smelled so clean!!! I rate this company 5 stars and will definitely refer them to my friends and colleagues. Great job, Mr. Know It All!
