- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading up on current products and software being released. I spend at least an hour or two each day reading content/books and developing new skills and seeking new certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with computers has always been a passion of mine. I was given my first computer when i was 7 and spent hours breaking it just to figure out how to fix it. I love working on computers as much as i enjoy helping people so this line of work came naturally to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly i run into malware and virus cleanup work as they are the most common problems associated with computers accessing the internet.
