Purchased a very complicated multi room ducted split system from Alex. He was very knowledgable and helped me and my architect pick the right system. We had to switch manufacturers, due to design change - but in the end it worked out great. Alex was available even after the sale on multiple occasions, walking through a warranty issue that had nothing to do with his work but an adjacent system. Highly recommend
