Introduction: My name ia Raymond, a Professional and Local Home Inspector in Porterville Ca. Ive been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry for the past 20 years. Ive worked for many financial institutions as well as Government agencies such as HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, Fredy Mac, Wells Fargo, Chase and the alike. Performed difrent types of Inspections, maintenance and repairs. In 2014 I decided to focus only on buyers and sellers. Therefore I started an Inspection Company. Unlike many Inspectors, I dont work for a Realtor. I also don't cliam to be the best Inspector in my area. However, unlike other Inspectors, I take my job verry serious and I enjoy doing it.
