My husband and I both enjoy Karen's skillful work. He is a new convert to the benefits of massage therapy. Karen knows just what to do about his injured shoulder. I have been a fan of hers for a couple of years. She has different techniques that are very effective. She will customize her approach to what you like or need.
I have just started going to re.kin.ect. Tom did the most thorough interview I have ever had from a LMT. I was very impressed that he actually asked what my goal was for therapy. Smart move so that patients have realistic expectations of massage therapy. His demeanor is professional, calming, and caring. He may not be the cheapest LMT around. But my early opinion is that he is worth the extra cost.
Extremely Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and with great technique. I highly recommend Jena for anyone needing deep and specific therapy!
I have worked with Brianne for 10 years and she is absolutely amazing. Her massages, facial treatments, and waxing services are outstanding. I travel every week, so the fact she comes to my home is an added plus! She is a true professional and delivers incredible results every time!
On May 27th I had the privilege of experiencing the benefits of a very therapeutic massage from Healing Hands Mobile Massage Therapy who arrived on time which was very impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. Overall, my experience was very positive, the best massage by far for improving circulation, treating muscle tightness, wellness and to reduce stress points in the body. Knowledgeable, friendly, above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Healing Hands Mobile Massage Therapy to anyone seeking the very best benefits of health and wellness from a well informed, cultivated and enlightened massage therapist. Thank you so much!
I went to David on the recommendation of my personal trainer. My shoulder was a mess - had limited mobility, it was always tight and at times had to adjust exercise due to shoulder pain. I was skeptical that massage would make a difference. (Problem had been on/off for years but was now getting much worse). After one visit it was 80% improved. I did a follow up about 6 weeks later which got it to about 99% of where my other shoulder is. I hardly think about it - and to think I was will to just live with it - and all it took was two message visits to fix it. David really listend to me describe the what motions hurt and from that was really able to focus on the muscles that had become a complete tight mess. This all occured over 6 months ago and the my shoulder has stayed good! Yea massage therapy! And yea David!
I started trainingwith Mary 2 years ago. Her education and approach is well rounded. Not only did she help me reach my weight loss goal, I've kept it off! She motivates and educates in a fun friendly manner! If you have food or physical restrictions, she can customize to your needs. I love that she looks at the whole person when helping her clients achieve their goals. Beyond the fitness training, I've done aroma therapy, transformational breath work and nutritional counseling with her. She's fantastic at facilitating healing in the body and mind. She's got the energy of a healer!
Have been to see Brigitte a number of times, almost always when I'm stressed out. She's very intuitive and is a master of placement and pressure with a mostly swedish style, with I think some thai and shiatsu techniques worked in. I generally leave so relaxed that I have to give myself a few minutes and drink some water before driving home.
I started experiencing intense, unilateral exertion headaches out of the blue. Every time I would laugh, cough, work out, etc., I would feel pain. I was extremely concerned because I had never had headaches of any kind in the past. I visited a neurologist and was told that it could be something minor or something as serious as a brain tumor, but that he wouldn't know unless I got an MRI/MRA. Almost $2,000 later, I was told that the imaging results were normal, and the doctor still didn't know what was causing the headaches. I got blood work done to rule out some other potential causes. Again, all results came back normal, yet the headaches persisted. I've known Bo for years, and at the time I was experiencing this problem he was the Assistant coach of the team I run. He heard me complaining about the headaches to our team's AT on a bus trip to an away game. He suggested I try a session with him. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I agreed. I will say that I am a big skeptic of any kind of alternative therapy, and I honestly didn't think it could possibly do anything to help something this serious. I was so wrong. I kid you not when I say that the VERY NEXT DAY my headaches (by this time now present for about 3 months) were completely gone!!! Bo is very good at what he does. I would recommend anyone experiencing any type of issue to be open to trying this before spending a bunch of money on doctors and medicine. You just might be surprised. It works!
It is my absolute pleasure to write about Colette, who is not only my favourite yoga instructor/teacher in the whole entire world, but also my dear friend for life. Colette is a true yogini, who lives and breathes the true essence of mindfulness. Colette has taught me to believe in myself, have courage and trust my intuition; from the moment we first met, through yoga injury therapy, my pre & post natal, mum/bub classes and more recently Ayurvedic & meditation practices. Colette is also a great inspiration & mentor (especially whilst I was competing my 200hrs TT). Colette has an enormous heart & a genuine soul - namaste.
Jayner has been coaching my daughter for a few months and already my daughter's affinity for the game has increased along with her skills and confidence. He is patient and professional and has worked tirelessly with us to carve out a workable schedule.
Great communication. Easy to work with. Nice massage. All around good experience. Will use again.
Stephanie is great! She's tough on you which is what I needed for pre-wedding toning, but she is also extremely personable and sweet! Always on time! Would recommend without a doubt!
I am 80 years old and have have been getting Felden Krais treatments for a few years. I have Parkinson's and experience stiffness throughout my body. A friend told me about the Stone Medical Group and convinced me to try it. This was the best advice I have received in years. My first message was from a young women who was very good. The environment was clean and I enjoyed the experience greatly. The second message was from a different women and she was also very good. The third session was from Patrick and the experience was the best, most helpful, and rewarding message I have ever had. I had a. Deep tissue message and the results was well worth the pain. Patrick completely removed the stiffness in my back and neck. I go to Patrick every other week and I now remember what it was like to be free of pain in my body. Patrick is friendly and helps me manage my Parkinson's. I highly recommend the Stone Medical Group.
