If you want a stress free + problem free remodel (small or big) you need to contact Need For Build ASAP and make sure you ask for Nadir Avivi as your project manager! We did our recent whole house renovation beginning of 2021 and everyone warned me how much work and stress it was going to be. Honestly overall, amongst all the nightmare stories I’ve heard from friends who has gone through major renovations, I think I was really blessed. Of course no renovation is perfect but it’s how you handle it when issues arise. Most importantly how your project manager handles it when problems arise. Nadir was always attentive and never hesitated to put more resources in order to complete a task - I’ve seen other contractors being cheap about resources and this means prolonged timelines. Nope not Nadir or Need for build. They are super efficient and good with time/planning. We started our remodel Feb 01 2021 and finished in roughly 2 months. I would even say it was 90% done in 1 month but the last month is minor touch ups. We did entire kitchen, 2 bathrooms, floors, etc you name it. Our house was about 1200 sq ft. Their pricing is reasonable/fair and aligns with other contractors around the San Diego area. Sometimes your cheapest quote does not mean stress free. I really wanted this to be stress free and good quality and that is what I got! Nadir and his team (his right hand man is Raniel - who I think is one of the best guys I ever worked with) are like family to us now. We have a huge list of projects we want to do with Need for build and Nadir in the next coming months/years. I know he will always take care of us. One tiny detail I want to include, I had asked Nadir to help quote a family members remodel. The house was 2 hours outside of San Diego. But Nadir didn’t even hesitate and brought his best point of contact in that area to quote with him. Now that is service and dedication! It didn’t end up working out (they decided to just sell the house instead) but we would have gone with Nadir and Need for Build for this whole house renovation as well. This is a long review and I still have so much more good things to say. But hands down go with them and request Nadir and you won’t be sorry!!
