Allison is a great Yoga Teacher! She gives clear instructions and has a warm and inviting presence! She is great at making sure that her lessons flow smoothly and make sense for what her client wants to work on. I highly recommend her!!!
Meditation classes provided a renewed appreciation for the special people in my life. Forgiving others and myself. Very empowering!
Jen is an amazing Yoga Teacher! She has such a nice calming energy and it's always brought forward in her classes💕
I was asking Fernando about a lifelong hindrance that has always given me discomfort and fear. In a very detailed reading he explained me the karmic connection with it, which gave me clearance and release. It is the third reading he gave me in two weeks, I feel very touched by what he told me without ever seeing me or hearing my voice it matches, what other healers and spiritual teacher where telling me. He gave me helpful insights in my life purpose, which I have rudimentary felt but not really lived. He sensed that I need validation and that's exactly it. Thanks a lot Fernando for your loving and caring presence!
Hannah is the best yoga teacher I have ever worked with! She can match her style to meet whatever the client needs. Also, she is gentle but can also push people to reach new goals. Hannah is truly a gem of a person and instructor. Meet her and you'll see right away what I mean!
Anya is one of the best private yoga teachers that we've ever had. She is very thorough, fun, passionate and more and more! Our postures are corrected well, and we've been enjoying our yoga sessions so much. Highly highly recommend Anya :-)
Marjorie is, hands-down, the best "teacher" I've ever had. The reality is that to call her "teacher" wouldn't be enough. I came across Marjorie six years ago, when her class was recommended to me by another instructor, and I attended her class at then-Vira Yoga in NYC. I was blown away by everything about Marjorie: her knowledge of the whole body and of practicing yoga safely is above and beyond anyone I've ever met. I am a former soccer player with a history of chronic pain, and always shied away from regular yoga. Marjorie became my weekly ritual-I begin attending her Sunday 4 PM class at World Yoga Center whenever I could, and even sometimes went during lunch to her weekday classes. The modifications that she teaches are unlike any instructor I've ever met. She gently helps you find a way to be in every pose, commands the class with great warmth while also offering to help each student and pay attention to their alignment, and is available for consultation outside of class. She also is not like some yoga teachers, who move through the poses quickly and aren't sensitive to potential injury points. Marjorie is extremely experienced and teaches with safety first. she also incorporates sage wisdom, mindfulness, and recommendations for self-care and homeopathic remedies regularly. And she's funny! Also, she's a native New Yorker, I also found her observations very pertinent and real (for example, many New Yorkers spend time at a desk sitting in a chair, and are surrounded by lots of noise and high energy levels generally - she methodically walks you through how to adjust to each of those norms). I suspect that wherever Marjorie lives and teaches, she is fully engrossed in the patterns and habits of that location. This ability of hers to be "tuned in" and genuine goes a long way in the way she teaches her class. I was delighted to also learn that Marjorie could be a confidant and crucial consult for other health problems in my life. She will always defer to doctors and experts, but Marjorie pointed me towards a rehabilitation specialist and I have been working with for two years, who has also changed my life. Not to mention that several health and mindfulness-related books on my bookshelf are there as a result of Marjorie's recommendation. And most recently, at Marjorie's urging, I completed her reset and re-new course, which helped me to reset my eating habits and tackle my inflammation, and, as she says, "live better in my body" through diet and wellness routines. I am happy to say that I have lost 20 pounds in my inflammation is greatly reduced. And, the whole time I've known her, I've known that she is always available when I may be in crisis with my health. When Marjorie left New York City, a regular of part of my routine did go away. But, Marjorie makes herself available for private sessions via Zoom, and will regularly consult over email. She is an incredible practitioner and anyone lucky enough to should reap the benefits of her wisdom. There are 1 million instructors out there, but they're truly only has one Marjorie. Plus, her dog is adorable!!!!
Tyler is one of the greatest yoga instructors I have ever had the privilege to learn from. He always seems to be able to tune into what the majority of the class is feeling and caters to it. Feeling like a work out? Tyler can do it. Feeling like long stretches mixed with meditation? Tyler can do that too. No matter how difficult the flow I always feel good coming out of his class. I was very new to yoga when i started and with Tylers instruction I have been able to improve so much (mind, BODY, and spirit) in the few months I attended his class.
Sarah was my first and best Yoga teacher! She introduced new flowing and breathing techniques in a very relaxed and judgement free atmosphere. I was nervous going in but Sarah made it a great experience!
Marta was amazing, and I looked forward to each of our sessions. Her manner is so calming and her insight and guidance spot on. Though I had some background in meditation, Marta's coaching helped me so much - I reached a new level of mindfulness that went far beyond the 20 minutes I tried to grab each day. Now it is a part of my whole day and how I live my life. Marta helped me learn to respond to things in my life rather than react to them in the same old ways. I am calmer, more centered and extremely grateful. Run, don't walk, to work with her if you can!!!
Vanecia is a great yoga teacher with a very inspiring flow, wonderful energy, and pure passion!!

I attended one of Merry's retreats at Keys Creek Lavender Farm and it was wonderful! It was a great day of meditation and yoga in a beautiful setting and left me feeling happy and rejuvenated.
Sophia is amazing- she is very understanding of your needs and abilities. Plus her knowledge of Yoga and the meditation aspects puts her at A+ for me. I have improved in range of motion, strength, and ability so much by attending her class. I want everyone to know that she is the genuine yogi, in ability, knowledge, and her belief.
Lisa is a fantastic teacher! She did a one week intensive at a retreat. She was so good that after the first day we had to get a larger room to accommodate more people. She is warm and friendly and works with every level. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, there were students who had never practiced before, and we all felt we got the yoga class we wanted. I cannot recommend her high enough!
Jeff is extremely knowledgeable not only in his research areas but also in subjects like . I was always amazed by the interest he showed in acquiring more knowledge to use in his teaching. I was really impressed by the depth of knowledge Jeff had in the research and studying we were doing. Jeff's enthusiasm towards teaching was infectious making his subject irresistible to learn. His focused dedication makes Jeff a well qualified teacher ensuring that his students get the quality education they deserve. Thus I can state with absolute certainty that Jeff is an exceptional teacher.
Amazing yoga teacher ever.
With respect to Meditation Instruction, my qualifications are a bit unique. I have practiced meditation for over 30 years, primarily in the Buddhist traditions. However, I can teach meditation either within or outside of a spiritual context. What tends to make a meditation teacher effective are not so much his/her words, as the experiential understanding behind those words. And what generally creates that understanding is the consistent practice of meditation itself . In other words, the mind training that meditation provides. This training of the mind and heart can happen in normal daily life , and it happens especially effectively in silent retreat. I have done countless silent retreats since 1985, and in recent years, for as long as two months at a time. I have been taught (in and out of retreat) by the most renowned Western teachers of mindfulness and Buddhist Insight Meditation, and in 2017, I was authorized to teach in the Western Tradition of Insight Meditation by these teachers.
When people sit with me, they feel the peace I have cultivated, and it helps them "drop in". I'm told I have a unique way of explaining difficult concepts, which make them easy to digest! I have been on a path of studying eastern philosophy and meditation since I was 15 years old, which has led to some potent insights on how to live a centered, non-reactive existence that leads to harmony in relationships and success in all ares of Life.
I offer meditation lessons and consciousness development training. When combining these two methods into daily practice, one can have a great loss of stress and anxiety and feel positive and optimistic about their lives again. I call it returning to your true state of being or the child state. It is who we are, without all the clutter of life's necessities.
I am a San Diego-based yoga and meditation instructor. My goal is to utilize the tools of yoga, conscious breathing and meditation to support individuals in their pursuit of health, well-being and happiness.
