- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I complete a consultation either by phone or meeting clients at their venue. I find out exactly what their needs and expectations are for their event. I ask questions to understand what my client needs from me, what type of experience they want to create for their guests, what they want me to serve and we go from there! Next, what clients can expect from hiring JD Bartending is that at an affordable price, from start to finish JD Bartending will always be available from the day of consultation right up to the day of the event to ensure beverage service is exactly how you imagined it to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of bartending experience! I majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis on Meetings and Special Events @ San Diego State University! I have L.E.A.D training issued through the government agency, Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC). As well as California & San Diego County Food Handler Certification.
