Jeff came out to diagnose the problem with my wall furnace as it wasn't heating. He was able to fix the heating issue and diagnose the problem. The thermostat wiring has been damaged. He provided options and was fair with pricing. I'd definitely hire him again and recommend his services for diagnoses and furnace repair! Not to mention great customer service and attitude!! Jeff is an excellent tradesman. He’s very reasonable with pricing and extremely knowledgeable with anything Plumbing or HVAC. Not only did he repair my Furnace but he was patient with me in helping me understand what the problem was and how to fix it. He also brought some things to my attention that I will consider calling him back for in the future. I highly recommend you go with these guys.

I had my furnace replaced and was down for 3 days. The technician was able to handle all of my initial request and answered all my questions with detailed information on how everything works. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest . The price was even reasonable. He also followed up via phone to make sure my system was working as agreed.
