    We have moved 4 times in past 5 years, using Frank and his crew has made this one the least stressful and most successful move. Moved a 3500 SQF house, including a grand piano, 500 miles without any damage. Great job.

    Packers are terrible. Absolutely no regard for my personal belongings. The first thing I told them when they arrived is that I have boxes labeled from my last move that will fit all of my belongings. All they did was grab random boxes and throw things in. Nothing labeled, nothing secured. I have not started unpacking yet, so I don't know what is broken. The packers also left before the job was done and I had to finish by myself.

      Angela, this is not a TRUE depiction of your job. I came by there personally to give the guys some packing materials because you did not have any wrapping paper. When i arrived, the apartment had a very bad odor and was completely flooded with stuff everywhere. There was not enough boxes (broken used boxes) and most of them were to small for the purpose we needed them for. We discussed what was needed for a 2 bedroom apartment. 40 sm boxes, 30 med boxes, 10-15 lg boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, tape, markers and plastic shrink-wrap. You stated you will get this inventory but you did not. You had FAR less inventory than what was needed. The guys worked with what they could under the circumstances. I realize you tried to do what you could to save as much money as you can, but you cannot place blame on us when we had to work with what is given to us. I do not want to break away from sounding unprofessional but "GHETTO" moves only have a dollar but want and expect 100 dollars worth of service. If you are going to provide the materials, then supply us with what is needed. These types of jobs we always come across this problem and we are blamed for YOU not being prepared and have inadequate supplies for your job. When we supply the materials, we do not have this problem.

    Because we take the extra little time needed to secure your load to prevent shifting. We take the time to handle each piece of furniture like it was our own furniture. (I don't want anything to happen to my own so i act and treat it like it's mine) Removing the stress of moving from the customer. I like it when we unload a customer and set up their bed so that at the end of the day, they can relax. I always stack customer boxes neatly and chest high so that they don't have to reach upwards in order to start unpacking. I like to call it "organized chaos"...lol

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
        My pricing is very simple. I charge for the truck rental and the labor cost to move. I don't have any hidden additional charges.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
        The only continuing training that i usually do is play Tetris a couple of hours a week and also play lumosity in order to continue to think logically.
      • How did you get started doing this type of work?
        A friend of mine needed help in his business and i helped him out a few times. Well it grew to the point of 6 months later, he showed how to get up and running on my own.
