- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer up front pricing and would be happy to discuss reoccurring services discounts. We do our best to stick with the initial quote given however if the condition of the home is worse then the initial reports there Maybe additional fees. Those fees would be for excessive animal hair, baseboard scrubbing, scraping of dirt in interior cabinets . We pride ourselves in being easy to work with and upfront so we just ask for honestly to ensure we are the right fit for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction to who we are and the work that we do. We always want to be sure we can complete the job in a timely professional way. Quality over quantity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience cleaning both owners helped relatives with their cleaning business as teens and have decided it was time to start their own.
