Unfortunately, I did not heed the warning previously posted for this company. The owner, LaTunya was extremely nice and professional the first couple of times we spoke, and very accommodating of my short notice. I requested a deep clean minus bedrooms. 5 hours, $205, and a job my children, or myself could have done. Overall, it was just OK. The clincher was, when I asked Tracey about cleaning certain areas in the bathroom (ceiling, walls), and diningroom (baseboards) she LIED saying bathroom stains would not come out and that she cleaned baseboards. After the 2nd lie, I literally walked her to the dining room to point it out and she cleaned it. The bathroom area in question she never attempted becsuse it was too high and you could see where she stopped. There were a couple of other areas where she surfaced cleaned in the kitchen too. I could go on, but this pretty long and I have not gotten to the best part.I called LaTunya to let her know I was not completely satisfied, but wanted to pay her based on our previous arrangement. She sounded so concerned and wanted to be sure she got the feedbsck so she could follow up. I paid her and told her I would call her back. I know that was dumb, but since I was not trying to get a discount I figured she was sincere in wanting to correct the opportunity with her employee. Obviously not the case since that was on Friday, May 3, 2013 and today is 7th. On Thursday when she was trying to get my business she was very responsive and called right back the couple of times she missed my call.This place was 2x what others charged. I went with them because of the good reviews on this site. My experience was not the same. "You get what you pay for" was not the case here. Paying more did not provide a better service or experience. Trust me!

Thank you for your feed back. The condition of this clients home should of been a 2 day job. She was quoted $205 for a deep clean without the owner seeing the home and the quote was based off of the specifications that were given. When the cleaning tech Tracie arrived and saw the home she sent pictures of the entire home and the rate should of been changed but because the customer was already quoted a price I agreed to keep my word even though the home was in very poor condition and needed a MAJOR clean that should of taken 2 days to complete. The cleaning tech Tracie wanted to leave because she felt the home was a hazard and she wanted to call the health department, but she wanted to try to clean the home because there was children in the home. She did the very best she could considering the condition of the home when she arrived. I will not post the pictures of the home out of respect for the customer, but I do think the review is not a fair assessment, and I apoligize if you were not satisfied. . Do understand that when the home has not been cleaned in a VERY long time and it is in very bad shape we can only do the very best we can. I have the before and after pictures and I can honestly say the job my tech did was AMAZING considering how the home was when she arrived. I'm very sorry you are not happy but regular maintenance needs to be done on one's home to get the results you were looking for. I have many many clients and if my techs could not clean, I myself would release them from their duties. I started this business with a passion for cleaning and my techs are trained the way I clean. If we come into a home that has not been cleaned in a very very long time the techs can only do the very best they can considering. I wont go any further on this, because the customer knows how the home looked so I can just say we did the very best job anyone could do considering the circumstances. God Bless.

I have never wrote a review before on anything but I decided to write one on this cleaning company. Its graduation time here and my granddaughter Kimmie is having a party here at the house. I haven't had time to really clean up the place since my husband has been very ill. I called several house keeping companies I must admit and well I decided to go with this company. The lady quoted me $325 for 6 hours for my 4 bed 3 bath home for a Spring/Fall clean is what they call it. I must admit the price was a little higher than most by maybe 50 or so but I said fine since they were flexible with my schedule. 2 ladies came out and these ladies did speak English and seemed very friendly. They did a good job i was satisfied. My home wasn't filthy but it did need a good cleaning. the only thing was the product they used in our bathrooms had a minty smell and my nose is sensitive, but the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Since my husband is ill and I spend most of my day looking after him i will let them come bi monthly to clean and the price is 125 each time. One more thing: The ladies told me they were not allowed to take out my recycle bins but i can live with that as long as the trash is taken out.

I was thinking about scheduling your service but after reading your reviews I don't think so, you only answer to certain reviews that lets me know that you really don't care about customer satisfactionfirst I like to give my opinion especially if it's going to help someone else make a decision on on a service that they like to use,like the reviews on yours that help me make my decision -not to use your service,I am definitely glad that I did not go with your service,with your response I could tell that you're not a good oriented business personafter reading my review you could have offer a discount or something to try to get my business, i see why you only have 100+ , not 1000+

I never authorized them to charge them $190, which they afterwards told me was for "gas." I've used cleaning services for over 17 years and i've never been charged for a gas fee. This is very unprofessiona and fraud to charge me for fees I that had I had never received. When I spoke to the owner, Latanya, she at first tried to charge me $75 for a cancellation fee. I then told her, as i've been using cleaning services for over 17 years and i've never been charged that fee, especially if they want a repeat customer's business, as the cleaning woman, kim, did a great job in cleaning my home. In speaking with the owner I indicated that I was never informed of a cancellation fee. She finally indicated that she would refund my $190 charge. In the mean time my account has a $190 charge, which is tied up by the bank . I've been in litigation support for over 20 years as a merchant, and I told her that all she had to do was cancel the batch on my charge. She told me I had to wait 3 to 5 days to get my refund. Latunya told me she was out of the office and she couldn't cancel the batch, which she still could and my charge is still pending. This is a lie and is preposterous. I was going to go Christmas shopping for my kids today and now I have to wait for her unauthorized charge to be credited to my card. I didn't receive the service and their company disclosure indicated that I wouldn't be charged until the day of my cleaning. That was a lie and a misrepresentation by the business and the owner. If the charge isn't cancelled or credited, or batch isn't cancelled today, I will be reporting this as a fraudulent and unauthorized charge. I don't recommend this cleaning service, unless you like to be charged for services that you never received. . This is very unsetting as the cleaning woman is very good. I will be posting their disclosure about no charge will be applied to my card. She needs to cancel the batch, otherwise I will be pursuing all legal remedies.
