Fantastic to work with Joel Mayorga of Platinum Plumbing He was the first to respond to my work request. Answered every question almost immediately! I have tenants living in my home in Los Angeles & I live in Miami. I wanted someone I could feel confident with doing the work 3000 miles away. My tenants have been going without hot water due to ineffectual work by American Home Shield repairs My former TAKAGI tankless was never vented properly nor valves put on for easy maintenance. It was a 15 year old tank Joel described via this app exactly what I needed. I sent him photos so he could see the space. He offered me several options I decided to get a NEW Noritz tankless heater. He was at my leased home within 2 hours ; new heater & all necessary parts in hand! It was a big job but in a few hours; DONE! He returned the next day to make sure all was ok & water temp was holding. He even serviced my HVAC heater at no extra cost! Will I be using JOEL again?! YOU BET I will! Using him for ALL my heating & AC & plumbing needs!

We hired SIG Property Management to lease out our condo in Glendale. From the moment we met Mike Shaar and Monique Reneaux I knew we had the right company to get the job done. They were very nice and extremely professional. We were are on a tight schedule which I explained and they understood and worked within our schedule. They did a great job of advertising the unit and showing it. We had lots of prospective tenants. They were great at keeping in touch with us and letting us know what was going on from beginning to end. We got great tenants and all thanks to SIG Property Management. We highly recommend them for rental of units and property management. Mike Shaar and his staff went above and beyond and met all of our expectations.

    Ahmad has been a great asset to our Homeowners Association. We were self managed before and struggled to get projects done or even started. He has helped us collect back dues, while still maintaining good relations with all the homeowners, even those he collected from. We have just completed our first major project, repairing some significant water damage. Thanks to Ahmad’s help, the project has been completed and approved by the city and now we are starting in on our next project right away.His hard work and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.

    I am a contractor and have managed my properties my self for long time as I had bad experience with property management companies in the past. Since I was busy with my contractor work and my renter got behind in paying rent for 2 months I had to turn to a property management who would be more on top of collecting rents. After interviewing few companies I hired EZ Realty & Property Management company. They collected the 2 months rent that my renter was behind also suggested that I should increase rents for my property. They did a fantastic job at this 4 Plex property that after seeing how they run business I handed them my other 5 properties. My number one reason to hand them my properties was their response time, their commitment to me as an owner. They were even able to find me more rental properties to purchase where I did the full rehab and made some good profit. I am very thankful to the entire team who has been doing a great service to me.     I have been using Formatic to manage my properties and they are doing a great job. They have yet to miss collecting rent including any required late fees as per the contract. They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

    I have been with J. D. Property Management since 1983. I think that says it all. Rents are collected. Bills paid. Apartments rented to quality tenants.
