Randy and Ulysses texted me to know they were on their way and arrived right on time. I explained my electrical problem and that some additional work had already been done regarding the wiring. The information proved very useful and I recommend anyone who has info about previous work inform him before he begins troubleshooting. The two spent only one hour and resolved an issue which had been plaguing my house for a year!! I even showed them a second (yet similar) issue elsewhere and that was fixed in 15minutes! Absolutely amazing work and I’m so grateful for their time today (which also happened to be the same day that I submitted this project!)

Randy was a lifesaver! He was able to come out the same day to help figure out why my doorbell was not working. Once he evaluated my electrical system, he found that there was no electrical issue and my doorbell just needed to be replaced. He didn’t charge me for the visit today, but will be coming out to replace my doorbell once I have it. He was so kind, professional, and I would highly recommend!
