Introduction: I'm a hidden bead hair extension expert and color enthusiast, Extension Educator, and Regional Color Educator. I spend most of my time behind the chair doing extensions and dimensional color, but I also offer bridal styling, editorial hair, and am the creator/owner of Styled x Melissa. My career has spanned over a decade in the beauty industry. I've always been told I had an eye for design and fashion and found the beauty industry captivating. I finally entered the world of beauty as a celebrity and editorial stylist. Fate allowed me the opportunity to reside as the Fashion Editor for the luxury magazine CVLUX for a period of time before doing hair full time. With a passion for helping all my clients to feel their very best, I believe in elevating client image creatively and through an in-salon concierge approach. Melissa color matched my hair amazingly well. The hair texture works well with mine and the color is precisely on point! I love the hair extension length, the perfectly matched color from my hair to the extension hair and the cut blends it all perfectly! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are charged an hourly rate. Most services are 1.5-2.5 hours. All color corrections/creative colors require a consultation {$25 applied to your appointment}. All extensions guests require a consultation {$50 applied to your appointment} are priced differently; which will be discussed during consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a cosmetology degree in California
