Changing my poor eating habits has been one of my biggest struggles with trying to lose weight. I have always been concerned with having to sacrifice flavor for it to be health. This food is amazing! It is flavorful, health and tailored just for me. Great tasting food along with fun yet challenging workouts keeps me coming back for more.

A gentle but firm trainer who knows his stuff. He is innovative, funny, and mindful of any physical limitations you may have. He is able to push you to your limits without you knowing he's doing it. His meals are delicious and make clean eating a no-brainer. Highly recommended if you want results.

Ernest Demps was my personal trainer for approximately two years. In comparison to other trainers I have had, I can honestly say Ernest is excellent at what he does. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he has a positive, motivating and uplifting attitude. I received the results I was looking for while training with Ernest and continue to seek his help with not only training but healthy food choices as well. Flips food is healthy with lots if flavor. It has helped me stay on track. He is very good at adjusting the menu towards your goals. Highly recommended.
