I don't know where to begin!!! I called while the weather was the hottest it has been this year and in quite some time. Brandon from B&N Heating and Air was at my door within the hour. They have a great policy on repairs. There is a $40.00 diagnosis fee. They will find out exactly what is wrong for that fee, then if you agree to have them repair it for you they apply the $40.00 towards the repair! That is reasonable and fair. Actually, that's more than reasonable and fair...That's AWESOME!!! Most companies have a flat fee just for showing up! If you decide not to have any work done, then for $40.00 you found out exactly what is wrong with your system! So anyway, he finds the problems within minutes and my house is cool again!!! Thank you Brandon. Thank you B&N Heating and Air!!! You have a customer for life!!!
