I havent used this business just yet but I plan to and would definitely trust them with future business for in home treatment. Rob had nothing but the upmost professionalism even though I must shamefully admit I was ill prepared for the visit, shouldnt matter and either way I received the information I needed to make a decision that will require the service that is necessary for my home and my health. Free Inspections and estimates. Air Quality testing $75/indoor and $35/outdoor (control) test with lab results from 3rd party lab (EM P&K Labs). $1.45/sq ft for residential mold remediation. $1.65/sq ft for commercial mold remediation. 1 Year Warranty *see Terms and Conditions for details
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with Pure Maintenance is not like working with traditional mold removal companies. Instead of preparing for a major construction project, our patented no-demolition mold treatement can have your space mold-free in a matter of hours. We start with a free site inspection where we identify the source of the moisture and provide recommendations and an estimate. Once the job is scheduled, job is usually completed in 4 to 5 hours. Little to no prep work is required prior to treatment. After treatment is complete, air quality tests are taken and sent to a 3rd party lab and the results are emailed to the client along with their service Warranty. The space is now mold, bacteria and virus free and will remain so for years to come.
