CJ and his family did a great job in helping us move. Very careful to not leave marks on the wall. We also used their cleaning services so they shampooed the carpets and also cleaned the garage and basement in the new home. All of that cost less than just the move by some other companies. 5/5 stars on quality of work, 4/5 stars on punctuality. Overall, would def hire again for next move.

Jonco Movers were a pleasure to work with. CJ was very responsive, clear about pricing and a complete professional. He and his crew were careful with our things and patient with the limitations of working inside an assisted living community. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The overall experience was pretty good. We were under the impression that when we agreed upon a 9am start time that the movers would be AT our location at 9am. Unfortunately, we did not get started moving until close to 10am after they got the truck from UHaul and arrived at our place. The movers were friendly & hard working although a bookshelf was broken in the process and we were only given $20 off even though the bookshelf cost more than $20.

So, first, I had a really difficult move and my actual movers were unbelievably incredible. They did a great job. They were fast, professional and generally just nice guys. But—and this is a pretty big one—CJ kept texting me saying they would be late. I spent most of the day waiting, unsure if or when they’d show up. My move was scheduled (and confirmed multiple times) to begin between 7:30-8am but didn’t start until 2pm. I planned my entire day—and the day of my family, arrangements for pets, etc.—around the time I scheduled. They decided to take another client over me and push my time with no strong estimate (a constant “we should be done in 30min”) so we couldn’t just do something else or try to take some boxes over ourselves. Again, the movers were wonderful and put in a hard spot with scheduling. I understand that. They did a wonderful job. But the scheduling issue is pretty unacceptable.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are a Full Service janitorial and moving company. Our rate is $89 per hour with a 3 to 4 hour minimum. Our rates covers two men, a truck, dollies and pads. No truck fee, Taxes included. We do charge for drive time. Drive time is the time it takes to get to your home, and when we leave new home the distance back to shop, According to GPS. Availability is limited so let's us know if your ready to schedule and will be happy to take care of you. Inquire Now for additional questions or to schedule. We also Clean Carpet and provide Move-in/out cleaning services. I can come out to give estimate or over the phone Average moves take around 4 hours.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    One of our repeat customers called and needed his Mother in Law moved to Queens NY. He mailed us the key to the storage because he lived out-of-state. We loaded her stuff onto the truck by 9am and on the road by 10am. Drove 10 hours arriving around 9pm. Then we unloaded her stuff until 2 AM. We stop to get sleep waking up at 9am to finish her unload. It took a total of 11 hours to unload her stuff, due to New York City parking and access elevators. She was very pleased and gave us a awesome tip!
