Working with SCS Services has been a truely OUTSTANDING experience! John Sweet is dependable, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure that every single request (no matter how big or small) is completed professionally and in a first class manner. His follow-up, attention to detail and over all knowledge of just about eveything related to building maintenance, janitorial services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting services is supurb! What I appreciate most about SCS Services is the quality of service that is always consistant, and available 24/7. John's response time is like no other that I have experienced. When a request is made to John, I know that the request will be completed, as soon as humanly possible. If a problem arises, I will always recieve a call from John, giving me an update and/or giving me options that he recommends in order to save time and money. John is proactive and lets me know if there are issues at the property that need to be addressed. Since I am an offsite Property Manager, John offers me solutions that save me time during my hecitc day, which is awesome! SCS Services has been our 'go to' for years. John Sweet and his team are always reliable, on time and most of all, pleasant work work with. We at times have alot going on with our building(s) from small repairs, to large tenant improvements. Whatever it is, the jobs are always accomplised in a timely manner.
