Introduction: We are a private fitness and personal training studio conveniently located on the northwest corner of Foothill Blvd and Haven Avenue in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. We specialize in fitness over 35, body fat reduction and physician referral clientele. BodyPhit is also the home of Team Tantrum, a small group of elite athletes, representing the Inland Empire on the NPC Physique stage all over the nation. We offer club memberships averaging about a dollar a day, small group training designed to teach you the fundamentals of fitness and exercise, as well as one-on-one training for individualized attention. Our trainers are chosen for their love of the job, their commitment to excellence and a minimum of ten years of successful endeavours in the fitness industry.
