This was my first time using a management company and I am so glad I did. Sevyn Property Management did the advertising, showing the house, and taking applications. I had just purchased my first rental property and wanted to find a professional who could help me with making it presentable and find a tenant who would take care of it. I called couple of Property Management companies before calling Divine Prop. Mgmt, and after speaking with Tye I knew he is knowledgeable and a seasoned Real Estate professional. Tye recommended small repairs and listed the property the same day. He kept me informed of showings and was always available to talk throughout the process. Tye found me an excellent tenant within three weeks! I would definitely work with Divine Mgmt. in the future.

I had inherited a property from my father after his passing in May of 2020. I had no previous experience in owning a property, much less becoming a landlord. I had called a few property management companies before calling Sevyn & Co. Those other companies seemed to be more interested in obtaining my business, instead of getting to know who I am and taking the time to educate me in this transition. Not so with Sevyn & Co! Owner Tiyodi Taylor and his team responded to my every concern and question (no matter how many times I asked them!) with genuine warmth, grace, and professionalism. They were extremely prompt with returning my calls and walked me through the entire process several times. Sevyn & Co. conducts their business...an the attitude of biblical stewardship, where they not only keep the property's affairs in good order, but to give you suggestions on how to increase it rental value. You cannot go wrong with giving them a call! I highly recommend that you do!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard pricing is $749 to lease any single family, townhouse or condo. It is normally slightly lower for multi unit buildings. If we manage multiple properties we do give a 1% discount on the management fees which range from 6-7% per month.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have only 50 years of real estate and property management experience on staff. We have been in business for over 10 years in the Inland Empire and manage about 150 properties throughout 3 counties (San Bernardino, Riverside and LA Counties.)
