James was amazingly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process. We had some last minute issues (beyond the company's control) and James and his driver Mike were flexible in arranging for us to take a stretch limo to our event and pick us up in the prearranged party bus, transferring our belongings left on the limo to the bus. Both vehicles were fantastic and had water, ice, cups, etc. Both of our drivers (James and Mike) were friendly and super attentive to whatever we needed. I would highly recommend Crystal Coast Limousine and hope to use them again!

James was the greatest!!! From 1st contact call all the way through pick up day Super informative and was with me every step of the way. On event day driver James was right on time to all pick ups and was just a phone call away just in case I needed early access and also had our pick up and drop off locations ahead of time. He was a total gentleman, so warm, so kind and very prepared to make our event truly special. We all had an incredible, amazing and fun time. Since we were upgraded to our surprise the party bus was flawless and a perfect addition! Definitely will use James for all our events and recommend to everyone! Thanks again for a great night!!!!!
