Latest Review: Alex is an amazing teacher. I've only had lessons with him for about a month, yet I feel like I have already learned more than I have in a year. His helpful way of teaching using terms such as "Elvins" and "Riley's" helps me expand my jazz vocabulary as much as possible. Alex is amazing and I hope to have lessons with him for many years to come.

Latest Review: She's very knowledgeable about music and very passionate about what she does. I was very scared of taking piano lessons because I thought I was too old for it, but she helped me overcome that fear. She made me feel confident about myself and pushed me to do better. I really appreciate her patience and encouragements. I also liked how she's interested in the kind of music that I like to play. I told her I was more into church songs, so she found a music book that had songs for my level. I am very thankful for the effort that she put in so I could learn how to play and have fun at the same time.

Latest Review: I personally do not have official piano lessons with Ms. Rose, but I do ask her for piano playing tips and advice every Sunday when I see her in church. She is always helpful, inspirational, and amazing to talk with about piano and music in general.

Latest Review: Raffia was my four year old grandson's (Taylor) piano teacher. From the very first day we entered her studio, she treated us with the utmost respect. I was so impressed on how well she worked with Taylor. She has a lot of patience and went out of her way to make sure we both understood his piano lesson. Taylor enjoyed going to see Ms Raffia to learn piano. He had a lot of fun. Without a doubt I would recommend Ms. Raffia to anyone who has a child considering taking Piano lessons. She is the greatest!!

Latest Review: Sylvia has been teaching my kids piano for more than two years. She is an excellent teacher. She challenges my eldest and helps my youngest to work to his potential. While the children play the classics, she also is open to choosing music that my kids enjoy like Broadway musicals, marches, etc... She is kind and fair but has very high standards to which she hold me kids.

Latest Review: I'm an adult learner with a little bit of musical experience with the trumpet and a busy working and family schedule, and I signed for lessons with Barbara to start learning to play the piano. She is a wonderful teacher. I attended one lesson per week for several months. She was patient and encouraging and attentive to my development in my study; she would adjust the pace of our lessons so that they were challenging enough that I pushed myself, but not so difficult that I felt discouraged. While learning short pieces, she made sure I focused on fundamentals such as tempo, finger placement, and form without the lesson becoming a chore, the way high school music lessons often felt. She is also quite a fun person to be around and light hearted and so our 45 minute sessions often flew by too quickly and I often wish I could stay longer. My work schedule became too busy for me to dedicate the amount of time I felt I needed for my musical learning, so I had to put them on pause. I hope to have Barbara again as my piano teacher as soon as time permits.

Latest Review: Patricia Merrill has helped me to improve my singing by leaps and bounds since I first began taking lessons from her a year and a half ago. My family say that they notice such a difference between my singing before I started lessons with her and after. Patricia knows what she is doing and is very professional. She knows the ins and outs of singing and plays the piano very well, which is an absolute necessity for a voice teacher. She is also extremely kind and patient, and gives solid advice based on her student's individual strengths and weaknesses.
