Introduction: After being in the kinesiology, athletic performance and mindset coaching profession for 20 years, I have added energy clearing (reiki) and body work (stretch/massage) to my services offered. My life purpose is to bring confidence and joy to others. If you feel “stuck” in some way mentally, physically or energetically (or feel tight, stressed or “heaviness”) I am here for you! I will facilitate releasing past traumas and mindset patterns as well. Note: Sessions are roughly 2 hours due to combining: reiki, stretching, facia manipulation and massage.

Ryan, was amazing! He is definitely called for this line of work. I could literally feel energy shift in my body and the things he said were spot on to my true vulnerability. It was life changing. And his intuition spot on. You definitely need to try it out at least once and be open to the idea of alternative ways of healing. I highly recommend especially on a self discovery and healing journey.

An exceptional healer and ally this man is. Ryan has helped me work through countless layers of trauma and stagnation in my body. He is incredibly gifted in his intuition and ability to hold a safe space for deep healing. For everyone, but especially for the feminine. It’s rare for women to find a male practitioner and genuinely feel so safe in his presence. What makes his work that much more grounded in the physical body is his background of kinesiology and PES. Our bodies are our vessel we are here to express ourself through, so it’s always a bonus when he incorporates Reiki energy healing with hands on bodywork. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking for genuine healing and transformation. So much love and gratitude for Ryan.

I had my first session with Ryan this week, and only having one Reiki experience prior, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Immediately, Ryan put me at ease and made me feel that I was in a safe space. His combination of both energy work, stretching and massage therapy is unique and incredible.
